Welcome to Crossroads Equestrian Inn, a cozy barn retreat in Blackwell, perfect for a peaceful layover stay WITH or WITHOUT your horses!

This 14 acre property is conveniently located off of 1-35, at exit 222.

From the exit, It's approximately  5 min. drive to the property on all paved roads just on the edge of town.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bath barn apartment is the perfect size for up to 2 occupants max. It offers essentials like WiFi, air conditioning, heating, and a washing/drying machine. 

The kitchen is fully functional with everything needed from spices to dishes along with the full size stove, microwave and refrigerator if you choose to stay in and cook!

We have morning coffee options available whether you prefer a basic drip coffee maker or if you enjoy a frothy Coffee/ Espresso Barista machine!

The bedroom is located upstairs and overlooks the stalls in the barn. You can easily keep a birds eye view of your horse resting in the comfort of their 12 x 12 stall that has their own attached 12 x 40 run to stretch their legs.  Rest and refresh your tired traveling body in the comforts of the Cal King bed with a variety of pillow comforts to choose from!

2 Roku smart televisions available.

The barn has 6- 12 x 12 indoor stalls with 12 x 40 outdoor runs offering your horse(s) room to relax. 

There is a 40 ft round pen available.

Whether you're exploring the area or relaxing indoors, this charming space has everything you need for a comfortable stay for you and your horse(s).

The property is accessed with a gate code.

Our doors are equipped with smart lock deadbolts which are accessed with an assigned door code.

The property has a Large full circle drive perfect for large trucks and trailers to maneuver and park.

The town of Blackwell has all the local necessities from Medical care, right next door to the property to a veterinarian within a mile of the property. There is a Walmart, local grocery store, multiple gas stations and many dining options to pick from if you choose to dine out. 

If you're looking for local entertainment- Blackwell  has a golf course, bowling alley and Top of the Oklahoma Museum, parks and multiple casinos within a 15-20 min. drive.

Kaw lake is a 30 min. drive from Blackwell. They have 30 miles of horse trails for the horse explorers.
